PaisaMatch Plus is Windows desktop software for chartered accountants,
tax practitioners and accounts teams in India. It turns the exports a
practice already takes from BUSY, Tally or Excel into GST returns,
reconciliations and income-tax working papers — with the working
shown for every figure.
Who makes it
PaisaMatch Plus is published by Chetan Kukreja, India — the
publisher you see on its Microsoft Store page and in the privacy
policy. It is built by an accountant, around the reports a practice
files every month: the purchase register, GSTR-2B, Form 26AS, the
trial balance. Until September 2026 it was called “GST
Tool”.
How the numbers are checked
- Every rule is tested. The app is built with more than 1,500
automated tests, many of them on anonymised real exports from BUSY
and Tally, so a format that changes is caught before a release.
- Rules follow the financial year. Rates, limits and section
numbers are kept year by year — including the Income-tax Act
2025 from 1 April 2026 and the GST 2.0 rates from 22 September 2025.
Where a new section or form number is not yet confirmed, the output
says so instead of guessing.
- The calculators use the same maths. Every free calculator on
this site is a copy of a function inside the app, and the test suite
checks that both give the same answer to the paisa.
- The working is shown. Each figure in a report has its own
line — the slab, the add-back, the month of interest, the
invoice behind a difference — so a reviewer can check it.
What it will not do
- It does not file anything or connect to the GST or income-tax
portals. It prepares files; you review and upload them.
- It does not make judgment calls. A penalty add-back, MSME status or
the tax regime is flagged with the working, and the decision stays
with the professional.
- It does not guess. If something is not in the books, the report
says which file it needs.
Privacy
The app runs on your own computer. There is no cloud account and no
upload; client books never leave the machine. The only thing that goes
online is a small licence check, with no invoice, ledger or tax figure
in it. This website has no analytics, no cookies and no advertising
